Prices

The prices are correct at the time of listing and do not include VAT, which is added at the Checkout. W+W Medsystems Ltd do reserve the right to alter them at any time.

VAT at 20% is included on all invoices.

Handling Charges

Orders under £150 sent to mainland UK addresses are charged at £2.95 and orders over £150 are free of charge.

Orders being sent to addresses in Europe will be charged at £15.00.

We are sorry, but we are unable to deliver outside Europe.

Delivery

Your orders will be despatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 working days.

Out of stock items at the time of ordering should be delivered within 28 days.

Documentation

Your order will be accompanied by a despatch note. This contains all the relevant reference numbers. This document should be retained in case you wish to return the goods.

Returning Goods

Goods that are unused can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Our products cannot be returned if used, for hygiene reasons.
